My Bigs like to go away, and they always put me in a kennel.

They seem to think that it is like going to a fancy resort -I guess because it costs them a lot of money. But I really HATE  kennels. It’s boring. Its noisy. It doesn’t smell right. And I often get fleas or sick (it’s even called “kennel cough”) from some of the low-class dogs there.

I don’t know why the Bigs don’t just take me with them.  I am very well behaved.

There really are some very cool kennels and sometimes you will find some cool dogs to hang out with.  But more often they are just what you have experienced.

Suggestion;  tell them about TrustedHouseSitters.com.  It is a nonprofit that finds people to take care of you and your home.  It is  pretty cheap, and it is a really good system usually. My own Bigs use it all the time. We like it.
