Dear Loulou

I can’t help it. I drool.  And some people make faces at me when I do.

My LadyBig actually chases me around with a napkin and wipes my mouth!

If that happens if front of other dogs, I get so embarrassed.

I have tried to remember to lick my jowls after drinking water or after running around.

But I forget.  Why can’t people understand that drooling is natural. Especially for guys like us.

Dear Drooler,

Sigh. It is so frustrating. Big people breed us one way and another. And then they are not happy with what they have created.  They love your jowls- but not your drool. Go figure!

But remember. You are a big dog with great dignity and presence – the drooling is just minor sideshow. Lean into your real character and most folks will ignore the little stuff.
